Unlike activated carbon, that cannot be regenerated with air, our technology applies special adsorbent materials that can be regenerated in-place with hot air. During regeneration, the VOC concentrated stream is completely oxidated in our catalytical combustor, at low temperature, compliant with the most stringent emission limits.
Postcombustion for engines, boilers, furnaces, burners – Applies catalytical thermal oxidation with heat recovery
Post combustion is necessary when emission parameters such as COT, CO, NOx are not satisfactory. Normally, post-combustors apply noble metals, that are rapidly poisoned and out of use; our technology makes use of non-poisonable catalysts, thus with long life, high efficiency results.
For Ozone rich streams- Applies catalytical reduction at room temperature
Corona effect on metal and plastic surfaces produces an ozone rich air stream. Our technology allows its complete reduction to O2 at room temperature by simple filtration on a special catalyst. It achieves very high efficiency, meeting required leves of < 1 ppm.
