Resilco - Società Benefit is a technology start up founded in 2019 in Bergamo, Italy, developing unique sustainable solutions for materials treatement and recovery with carbon capture.
Our proprietary and patented technologies deal with the
treatment of industrial residues of different nature.
Our unique technologies are versatile, can be applied to a wide range of industries and are easily integrated in different process schemes.
We actively collaborate with our clients and partners to develop and taylor our solutions according to their specific needs.
Our goal is to improve the environmental sustainability and circularity of the industrial supply chains involved.

Project Description
In February 2025, Resilco successfully closed its € 5.000.000,00 Series A funding round, led by 360 Capital Partners through its funds "360 SICAF" and "Fondo Parallelo LV 360". Fondo Parallelo LV 360 is an initiative by the Lombardy Region that supports the growth and development of highly innovative deep tech startups and scale-ups based in Lombardy.
The funding is intended to support the scale-up of the company's carbonation technology, from the pilot facility to the first industrial-scale plant.
Purpose
Resilco's vision is to turn industrial waste and CO2 into a resource for a more sustainable construction industry.
Resilco develops new treatment processes for the recovery of industrial waste, such as WtE fly ashes, steel slags and fume abatement dust. At the core of its technology is an innovative and cost-efficient reactor for accelerated carbonation. The reactor combines CO2 with treated industrial waste to form stable and insoluble carbonate compounds, which can be used in the construction industry as a Supplementary Cementitious Material (SCM).
In May 2026, Resilco commissioned its first pilot facility in Busnago (Milan), a key step towards its first industrial-scale plant.
To develop its technology, Resilco received an investment of € 1.530.000,00 from the parallel fund Fondo Parallelo LV 360, managed by 360 Capital Partners SAS, using resources from the Lombardia Venture fund. This forms part of a total investment of € 3.000.000,00 between the main fund and the parallel fund, with additional investors bringing the overall investment to € 5.000.000,00 (including the main fund, the parallel fund, and other investors).
The fund is co-financed by the Lombardy Region through the FESR Regional Programme (PR FESR) 2021–2027.

Resilco ha ricevuto un investimento dal fondo 360 Life II di 360 Capital Partners SAS, che opera con il sostengo di CDP Venture Capital SGR attraverso il Green Transition Fund (GTF) nell'ambito del Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR).
L'investimento ottenuto sostiene la costruzione del primo impianto pilota, le attività di R&D, la crescita del team e l'espansione commerciale della società.
